To further note on the Jack Lee lip spoiler, that is a more recent replica of a factory option for these cars. The OE one is incredibly rare, but they are out there for purists to find, if they can stomach the price. I remember my earlier days on the CB7Tuner forum when people were still finding them in junkyards once in a blue moon.

It was just referred to as the flushmount spoiler. It looks identical but the OEM one was made of something like foam rubber, like what came on a lot of German cars. Jack Lee just made a fiberglass rep available for the masses. Found this with a search for "CB7Tuner flushmount spoiler":
