Here's a video on making your own DIY H22 manual timing tensioner out of a old auto timing tensioner.

I am the creator of this video, so therefore if you follow this video mess up your motor making one, it's YOUR responsibility for YOUR mess up.

I have since then tested this tensioner on a project car of mine running 8psi of boost, the tensioner has held up.
