Please correct me if I'm wrong, there were some rare options out there.
The US had two styles of "bottlecaps". The 90/91 vs the 92/93. EXs, SEs, and 10th Anniversaries had 15" alloys. Lower end models like the DX and LX got 14" steel wheels. In Canada the same applies but they are EXR models or SE.
